A man is set to stand trial over a fight which took place in Norwich.
Michael Stone, 34, has been charged with an offence of wounding with intent after incident in Rose Lane, Norwich in which a man in his 40s sustained a head injury.
He was arrested after police were called to reports of two men fighting in the area on December 4 last year.
Stone, of no fixed abode, has denied the offence and is due to stand trial at Norwich Crown Court in July.
But the case has since been refixed for June 15.
There will be a further hearing on May 22 ahead of the trial which is expected to last between three and four days.
