An air ambulance was called to a crash at a motocross track over the weekend.
A biker was thrown down the bank of a track at Besthorpe MX, near Attleborough, on Sunday.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance, East of England Ambulance Service and Norfolk Accident Rescue Service were called to the track.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "We were called just before 12.55pm yesterday to reports of a man falling from a motorbike on Silver Street in Besthorpe.
"An ambulance, a community first responder, a rapid response vehicle and the East Anglian Air Ambulance were sent to the scene.
"An adult man was transported by road to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further treatment."
In a statement, a spokesman for Besthorpe MX said: "I have to say my team worked alongside our medic and air ambulance crew and ambulance crews very professionally and I’m very proud of them.
"I know it can be frustrating at times to have stoppages in the days riding, but every caution and care is always taken.
"Obviously, our team worked through lunch to try and save as much time as possible to get you all going again as soon as possible.
"Thanks again for your patience and to my team for their efforts and wishing a speedy recovery to the person involved."
