Two men have been charged after a fight saw police officers draw their tasers.
The brawl started outside The Forum in Norwich at around 5.30pm on Monday.
Taser-trained officers were among those sent to the scene and their tasers were drawn but not deployed.
Three men were arrested and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Jordan Sheldrake, 29, of Bussey Road, Norwich, was charged with assault on an emergency worker.
He was bailed to appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on May 15.
Sabahatin Hyusein, 26, of William Kett Close, Norwich, was charged with a public order offence and assault by beating.
He was bailed to appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on April 17.
A third man in his 20s who was arrested on suspicion of affray has been released with no further action.
