Egg designs created by school children are taking centre stage along a heritage railway this Easter.
Pupils from Beeston Hall, Gresham’s Pre Prep, Kelling Primary School, Sheringham Primary School and Sheringham Woodfields School have lent their creativity to the North Norfolk Railway’s Easter Eggspress trail.
Each design forms part of a hunt running from Sheringham to Holt.
Sarah Carpenter, events officer at North Norfolk Railway, said: "We’re delighted to have been able to work with local schools on this event, and are pleased to be able to give all the children involved a special ticket so they are able to come and admire their work.
"We hope they are proud to see their creations on display and look forward to welcoming them to enjoy the railway over the holiday period."
Young visitors can take part in the hunt to help the railway’s mascot, Morgan, find the hidden eggs, each featuring a special letter.
Steam and diesel locomotives will run throughout the holiday, with day rover tickets offering unlimited travel along the line.
