A Michelin-starred north Norfolk restaurant has won a major accolade.

Meadowsweet in Holt has featured in Squaremeal's Top 100 Restaurant Awards for the fourth year running.

For 2026, it has even climbed a few places from last year's ranking, cinching the 43rd spot.

At the helm are chef-owner Greg Anderson, who used to work at the nearby Michelin-starred Morston Hall, and his partner Rebecca Williams, who heads up the front of house.

The reviewer for SquareMeal said: "The tasting menu here celebrates seasonality with elegant dishes using the finest local British produce.

"The interiors, meanwhile, are chock-full of charmingly cosy touches, such as the discreet drawers under each table that house the cutlery."

Meadowsweet is the only establishment in Norfolk to make the list in the last three years.

The final rankings are compiled by a combination of in-house critic experiences alongside thousands of public votes from diners up and down the country.

London restaurants are excluded from the list to spotlight other eateries around the country.
