Reform UK has its first Norfolk county councillors after the party tasted victory in two County Hall by-elections.
David Bick became Reform UK's first Norfolk county councillor when he was elected to County Hall after he comfortably triumphed in the Thetford West division previously held by South West Norfolk MP Terry Jermy.
And a few hours later, former Conservative county councillor Julian Kirk, became the second, when he won the by-election he had triggered.
Mr Bick was elected with a majority of 273, winning 917 votes, compared to Labour candidate Terry Land's 644.
Conservative Peter Wilkinson was third with 240 and Liberal Democrat Ian Minto fourth with 115.
Turnout was 19.58pc.
Mr Jermy had resigned to focus on his work at Westminster, having beaten former prime minister Liz Truss in the Parliamentary seat battle last year.
Mr Kirk's Marshland North victory was by a landslide 882 majority win over second placed Liberal Democrat Alan Holmes, who got 404 votes.
Conservative Richard Blunt was third, with 389 and Labour's Matt Hannay finished fourth with 120.
Green Rob Archer was fifth with 75 votes, while teenager Michael Squire, who had hoped to become the youngest councillor at County Hall got 67 votes.
Mr Kirk had quit the Conservatives to become an independent. He then resigned from the council after joining Reform UK, triggering the by-election.
He said: "I did expect it, I stood up for democracy.
"When county decided to cancel the May elections, it didn't sit well with my way of thinking and here we are.
"I believe there's now going to be two of us on the county council, two Reform, we will make our voices heard over this unitary business, standing up for our local residents.
The Greens are celebrating after holding on to the Norwich Mancroft division on Norfolk County Council.
University of East Anglia politics graduate Serene Shibli retained the seat for the party, after the resignation of Green county councillor Jamie Osborn.
With 1,255 votes, her majority of 745 saw her finish well ahead of the second placed candidate - Reform UK's Karl Catchpole, who received 510 votes.
Labour's Josh Horsfall was third, with 432 votes and Conservative Edith Jones came fourth with 147.
Liberal Democrat Gordon Dean, in fifth, garnered 124 votes and Homeland Party candidate Lorna Garner was sixth, with 26.
The political make-up of County Hall is now Conservatives 53, Liberal Democrats 10, Labour 9, Greens four, Independents three, non-aligned Independents three, Reform UK two.
