A north Norfolk seaside town will celebrate an important 10-year partnership with a weekend of events.

The Sheringham Muzillac Twinning Association will mark the 10th Anniversary of the official signing of the twinning charter by the two town councils and more than 21 years of friendship and visits.

Free events will take place in the town on May 10, beginning at around 11am with the twin crier and local piper at the market and 'crying' down to the shore.

There will be an unveiling of a SMTA mural on the seafront wall at around 11.25am, followed by a performance by the Sheringham Shantymen.
