An RAF fighter had to return to its Norfolk base after being damaged by a bird.
The F35 aircraft was flying over the north of Wales when it struck a bird.
The pilot made the decision to return to base at RAF Marham, near King's Lynn, shortly before 1.30pm on Monday.
The collision with the bird reportedly resulted in damage to the front of the jet.
An spokesman for the RAF said the damage was "negligible" due to the distance it flew and it returned to base a precaution.
The pilot was uninjured in the incident.
