Land near a north Norfolk town could become housing if a planning application gets the green light.
The application proposes the development of six detached homes on land off Shereford Road, in Hempton, near Fakenham.
Garages are also included in the application's outline.
The location of the homes, according to the application, can be found behind 10 Batterby Green, which is currently an open field.
It suggested that access to the homes would be achieved through Batterby Green.
The application is part of a number of developments taking shape near Fakenham and the surrounding areas to increase housing.
In Warham, for example, a 12-home project including a mix of two-bedroom bungalows and two- and three-bedroom houses is currently underway.
While Fakenham's Highfield Road car park has been earmarked for affordable homes.
More recently, plans to redevelop the homes in Pudding Norton that were destroyed in a fire in 2021 have also been submitted for approval.
A decision for the application off Shereford Road is expected by Wednesday, August 21.
