It will be on sale via livestream auction on Wednesday, June 12, at 10am, unless previously sold or withdrawn.

The six-bedroom property is constructed of brick and flint elevations under a thatched roof and features characterful brick archways, large fireplaces, an annexe and a disused swimming pool.
