A town centre property has been given the go-ahead to be turned into a guest house.
Helen Ling has been given retrospective planning permission to convert the terrace house on Blackfriars Road, near the railway station in King's Lynn.
A design statement said it has five bedrooms "for serviced accommodation available for both short and long term lets".
A planning officer's report said the council's policy is to promote tourism to "enhance the visitor economy".

It adds: "Overall, it is considered the development would not have any significant adverse impact on residential amenity."
It adds visitors are likely to travel by foot, train or bus due to the location of the site which is close to bus stops and the railway station.
"It is considered no significant additional traffic would be generated and the use would not require any additional parking," it says.
