Emergency services attended the scene of a crash in the city centre on Wednesday evening.
Police were called to the St Stephens Street roundabout in Norwich at around 7.30pm.
The ambulance service was also called and eyewitnesses saw somebody being placed into an ambulance.
The incident also caused traffic to build in the area.
