From trails to jewellery making, there are plenty of free or cheap events coming to the county this month.
As the Norfolk Creativity and Wellbeing week kicks off, the county council and other organisations will host various activities suitable for all ages and abilities.
From May 20 to 26, the week of activities aims to encourage and support wellbeing with collaboration between arts, culture, heritage and health partners.

1. Free flower painting with Vince Laws
When: May 21
Where: The Common Lot, 185 Drayton Road, Norwich, NR3 2PG.
Vince Laws is a Norfolk-based artist known for his bold use of colour and love of sunflowers.
People of any ability or age are welcome to come to this free event where the artist will chat about creativity and paint sunflowers.
2. Family Trail at Lynn Museum including a free prize
When: From May 26 to June 2
Where: Lynn Museum
The museum will be hosting the Whizzy Space Inventions family trail this May half-term.
The trail will be included in museum entry which currently stands at £3 for adults, £2.50 for children aged 4 to 18, and under 4's going free.
3. Singing at the Norwich Millennium Library
When: Tuesday May 21
Where: The Forum
A free therapeutic singing group for people of all ages living with dementia and memory problems and their family and carers will be hosted in the Norwich Millennium Library.
The event will take place for an hour from 10.45am to 11.45am at The Forum in Norwich on May 21.

4. Craft jewellery making
When: Monday 20th May
Where: Artpocket, Second Floor, Lion House, Muspole Street, Norwich, NR3 1DJ
The team at Artpocket are hosting a £10 taster session where you will be able to craft a bracelet out of simple, everyday, recycled materials that will be provided.
Tickets must be booked before May 13.
5. History of Law and The Supernatural in Great Yarmouth
When: May 26
Where: The Tolhouse Gaol
If you like hearing about dark history then this talk is for you.
Over the last 800 years, the Tolhouse in Great Yarmouth has been a dungeon, a gaol, a courthouse and a police station.
The talk will explore the history of legal cases and spooky sightings that have occurred in the building with tickets available online for £4.
