A B&B in the heart of the Norfolk Broads has featured on a hit Channel 4 show.

Paul Grothier, owner of The Bumble Barn in Tunstead, and his manageress Debbie Sheridan have been in this week's episodes of Four in a Bed.

The television show sees B&B owners across the country stay at each other’s establishments and pay what they think their stay is worth, with the winner being named the best value for money.

While driving in, each person commented on the beautiful scenery and one even said he would love to live in the area.

Paul and Debbie helped their competitors settle into their rooms before taking them to the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum at the former RAF Neatishead base.

The group enjoyed a tour, played around with the communications headsets and even had the chance to sit in a cockpit.

Before bed, trained chef Paul asked his guests to pre-order their breakfasts.

The move faced backlash from some who were concerned that they would not want the same thing the next day.

But their attitudes soon changed when the food was served.

Four of the five diners gushed about how delicious it had been and only one person left negative comments about the food in their final review.

Some guests critiqued the cleanliness of the room but everyone praised Paul and Debbie as hosts and said they slept well.

Two of the three couples agreed they would stay at the B&B again.

This week's winning B&B will be announced in tonight's episode, airing on Channel Four at 6pm.
