A husky cross is looking for a forever home after being returned to the rescue centre.

“Sweet” and “affectionate” Blue is looking for a rural home at PACT Animal Sanctuary.

She is believed to be about about three years old and is a combination of Labrador, Husky and German Shepherd.

Blue was rescued from a shelter in Cyprus in 2020 and adopted by a family in London.

She ended up in PACT's care after the family felt they were unable to give her the lifestyle and environment she needed.

Blue was moved to Norfolk as the city environment was too much for her to cope with and was causing her anxiety.

A spokeswoman from the charity said: "Blue is a wonderful companion and a very devoted dog with those she knows and trusts."

She is described as affectionate and loves people, long walks and playing with her trusted dog friends and ball.

She also loves her sleep and when relaxed can snooze for hours.

Ideally, Blue needs a laid-back home without other pets or children, as well as a secure garden.

She can be reactive to other dogs at times but PACT has been working on socialising her and she has made some dog friends that she likes to go out on walks with.

Anyone who would like to find out more about Blue should fill out an adoption form on the PACT Sanctuary website.
