A Norfolk hotel could be turned into housing, under proposals being considered by the local council.
Plans have been lodged with Breckland Council to transform Strattons Hotel in Swaffham back into a home.
The property off Ash Close was purchased by owners Vanessa and Les Scott in 1990 who turned the building, which was previously a boarding house, into a hotel.
Strattons has six boutique-style bedroom suites, two reception rooms and two dining rooms, as well as two self-contained guest houses.

Mr and Mrs Scott are now preparing for their retirement and have submitted the plans to "keep the options open" for any future owner, should they wish to turn the property into a house.
The application has received the support of the town council, which said the Grade II listed building would make a "grand family home".
Breckland Council will decide whether to approve the application in due course.
