Police have started to search for a "very vulnerable" man who has been missing since Tuesday morning.

Mitch Thornton, who lives in Thurlby Rod, Bowthorpe has not been heard from since sending a text message to his mum Maxine Frost about a re-scheduled job interview at 9.47am on Tuesday.

After replying to his message, Mrs Frost has not heard from her 24-year-old son since and at around 3pm that day she contacted the police to report him as missing.
