The Harper and Flint Cottage in north Norfolk made the list compiled by Muddy Stilletos which also includes recommended dog walks.

The Harper in Langham, a luxury boutique with 32 bedrooms near Holt, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a claw-foot bathtub named the 'Dog & Boot’ is on hand to wash sandy paws.

Dogs are allowed on leads in specified common areas including the bar and lounge but they must be pre-booked and incur a cleaning charge of £25.00 per room, per night.
