There was a large emergency service presence in the centre of Norwich this afternoon.
Police, ambulance, air ambulance and fire crews attended an incident in Riverside Road, close to Norwich rail station, at around 4pm.
The air ambulance was seen landing on the Norwich School field while the other appliances were seen parked beside the river.
Norfolk Police has confirmed they were responding to reports of a concern for safety.
