Hundreds of youngsters will descend on a prominent park on Easter Sunday in the hunt for a treat.

Excited young children will search Sparrow's Nest Gardens in Lowestoft for the answers to clues that will earn them the reward of a chocolate egg.

The rapid uptake of the entry vouchers for the popular return of the Lowestoft Lions Easter egg trail has meant that all 500 available have been snapped up already - but the park is still open for all youngsters to enjoy the children’s entertainment and stalls on offer.

Children’s entertainer Joshua Pickering will be thrill the children with his magic show, with other entertainment including the Easter Bunny, Lions Mascot and other amusements and stalls.

Those with vouchers can exchange them for a quiz sheet from 10.30am which when completed will earn them a chocolate egg.

The event runs until 1pm and will include stalls and games, with Beccles Lions bringing their delicious burger stall.

The Easter Egg Trail is specifically aimed at children and the Lions Club would like to thank our egg sponsor Norton Peskett Solicitors and Tesco for their support.
