A man accused of being drunk in a Norwich street failed to appear in court.
Gerry Shannon, 30, was due to appear at Norwich Magistrates Court after he was charged with being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely London Street, Norwich, on February 20 this year.
The case was adjourned until May 21 for him to attend or the matter be dealt with in his absence.
