Bus services and timetables are changing for a public transport firm from next month.

Sanders Coaches routes around North Walsham and Cromer are being expanded and altered after Norfolk County Council renewed its contract with the company, allowing it to continue serving the area.

As part of the renewed contract, a new service, the 15 and 15A, will begin operating between Cromer and Sheringham via the Felbrigg Hall estate from April 1.

These services will be combined with weekly 16, 17, 19 and 20 buses to provide more regular journeys along the existing Cromer to Holt route.

From the beginning of the month, the 17 and 19 buses will also serve Woodland Rise West in Sheringham, and the 20 will follow a revised route from Gresham serving Bessingham, Matlaske, Little Barningham, Corpusty and Edgefield.

The revised timetable will be introduced for the 18 and 18A services to match increased demand.

Operating Monday to Friday, the route is changed between Metton and Cromer to operate via Felbrigg Village and Holt Road into Cromer, providing a new link to shops and supermarkets including Lidl and Co-op.

Aylmerton will be served by the new 15 bus.

The 34 services will see new connections into North Walsham with timetable changes and a 34A school journey will replace the existing 704.

The 834 college service will also operate a revised route starting at Bacton, serving Walcott, Ostend, Happisburgh, Lessingham, Ingham, Sea Palling and Hickling before Catfield.

Students who currently use this service from Stalham will have to use the 6 and X6 services.
