A 14-year-old girl has been left "shaken up" after an encounter with a man in the street.
The girl was walking in Falcon Road East in Sprowston between midday and 1pm on Tuesday when a man in a dark blue car rolled down his window and offered her a lift.
The girl was left feeling "shaken up, uneasy and scared".

"She does not want other children to feel like that," her mother said.
"She now won't go anywhere without someone with her and if her mates go anywhere she goes with them to try and help protect them."
The child's mother reported the incident to police and her daughter's school, Sprowston Community Academy.
The girl's mother, who would prefer not to be named to protect her child, said her daughter described the man as black, with short black hair and wearing a bright blue shirt.
He also had a silver ring on the middle finger of his left hand.
She added: "I’m a mum of three girls and have had bad experiences myself and don’t want any child to go through that."
