Come away with a clean car and also a full stomach as a new street food trailer launches in Norwich.

Scrappies Kitchen is based at the Hand Car Wash site along Ipswich Road, located to the south of the city.

It is owned by Behar Kamberi, 26, who previously ran a pizza trailer in Hellesdon.

On offer from his new business is box meals with either chicken, with flavours ranging from lemon and herb to peri-peri, a beef patty or halloumi.

This is served with golden rice or chips, a tzatziki or hummus dip and salad.

Also available are burgers and wraps, cakes served with custard and hot and cold drinks.

Mr Kamberi said: "I have spent most of my life in kitchens and I like being my own boss.

"It has had a good reaction so far from both customers using the car wash and people living in the area."

Scrappies Kitchen is open from Monday to Saturday from 11am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm, with the full menu linked on Instagram @scrappieskitchen
