Two men have admitted carrying out a street assault in which they filmed themselves stamping on their victim before sending a video to the partner of a member of his family.
Gerred Murrell-Newsham and Kia Langton, both 20, were charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent following the incident in Great Yarmouth on February 18 last year.
It is understood both men chased the victim down St George's Road with the assault taking place nearby.
They stamped on the victim on the ground, filming on a mobile phone as they did so, before sending on the footage.
Murrell-Newsham, of Town Wall Road, Yarmouth, and Langton, of St Peter's Road, Yarmouth, both entered guilty pleas to the charge at Norwich Crown Court on Wednesday.
Judge Andrew Shaw adjourned sentencing until April 19 so pre-sentence reports, as well as an assessment of their dangerousness, could be made.
But he warned both men the fact he had granted conditional bail was not to be taken by them as an indication of the likely outcome.
He said: "The overall likelihood, if not inevitable likelihood, is that you will both receive very lengthy sentences of detention in a young offenders' institution (YOI)".
