A Suffolk man caught driving 90mph on a single-carriageway Norfolk road has been ordered to pay more than £300 in fines and charges.
Stephen Crowe, of Mill Lane in Barrow, near Bury St Edmunds, was caught driving an Aston Martin Vantage V3 Auto on the A1065 in Ickburgh on June 18, 2023 at a speed of 90mph.
The road is a single-carriageway road with a speed limit of 60mph, meaning Crowe's offence was classed as a 'high speeder'.
Crowe, 60, pleaded guilty to speeding and during a hearing at Bury St Edmunds County Court and Family Court on December 13, 2023, he was ordered to pay a fine of £168.
He was also told to pay a £67 surcharge, as well as £105 in costs.
Crowe's driving record was also endorsed with six points.
