Police had to close a major road in west Norfolk this morning following a crash.
The A148 Grimston Road in King's Lynn near Asda was closed in both directions due to the collision, causing heavy traffic.
The road has now been cleared.
Emergency services attended the scene and two patients were transported via ambulance to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
