According to Companies House, the business filed for voluntary liquidation late last year.
Attempts to contact Mambo Jambo's management have been unsuccessful.
It has been listed as permanently closed on Google and customers have discussed the closure online.
There is currently not a notice on its door informing customers of the news and no statement has yet been issued via the business's social media accounts.
