Special sonar equipment is being used in the search for an elderly boater who went missing on the Norfolk Broads.

David Cubberley, 65, was last seen in Hickling Broad last Wednesday before a member of the public found his boat in the reeds at Candle Dyke several days later.

Water search teams from Norfolk Lowland Search and Rescue, Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service and Norfolk Police's Marine Unit have since been scouring the broad and will be deploying advanced sonar equipment to help.
