A busy road on the outskirts of the city has been closed following a crash.
Police and fire services were called to North Walsham Road in Sprowston just before 5pm.
Fire crews from Sprowston and Earlham made the scene safe and released the occupants of a vehicle using hydraulic rescue equipment.
Police closed the road and a diversion was put in place causing traffic to build around the area.
