A warning has been issued after part of a cliff collapsed on to a beach in north Norfolk.

North Norfolk District Council is advising people to avoid walking near the cliff at Sidestrand as there is a risk of further collapses due to wet weather.

The Met Office has issued weather warnings for heavy rain and strong winds which are in place tomorrow.

The forecaster has warned the conditions could lead to further flooding across the county and communities could be cut off by flooded roads.

There are already three flood warnings and eight flood alerts in place across Norfolk after one of the wettest Februarys on record. 

North Norfolk District Council has sent coastal engineers to the site in Sidestrand.
