Norfolk County Council has urged people to be careful as more new scams emerge.
Here are the latest tricks people in Norfolk have reported.
Cold calls about 'internet strength'
One person has reported receiving a cold call from somebody claiming to be from Sky.
They encouraged the person to reveal their account details before they could talk to them about their internet strength.
The council has reminded people to never give or confirm any personal details over the phone.
Roof work offers
People in the Ludham area have been reporting cold callers knocking on their doors to offer roof cleaning and other repairs.

The council advises people never to allow cold callers access to their property or garden.
They should also never agree to further visits or having work done by the cold callers or their associates.
Tree work cold calls
Somebody living in Aylsham has reported a man knocking on their door and offering to work on their trees.
Again, the council is telling people to be on their guard and reject any further dealings with doorstep cold callers.
Cold callers claiming to be from banks
Across Norfolk, people are receiving phone calls claiming to be from banks.
The callers often say they want to discuss "unauthorised transactions", "attempted withdrawals" or applications and products such as personal loans attached to the customer's account.

In these instances, Norfolk County Council's advice is to not engage and hang up the phone.
A real bank will never ask people to withdraw their money or move it to another 'safe' account.
Real banks also never ask customers for their passwords or PINs.
Fake delivery service text messages
Scam text messages claiming to be from delivery services such as EVRI are on the rise.
The texts usually state that a package has been "damaged in transit" or "unable to be delivered".
They usually urge their recipients to click a link, which often brings up a fake website designed to look like the genuine ones.
Anyone who has accidentally given their information away in this way should contact their bank immediately.
