Who has organised the event and why?

The organiser is Mark Kacary, who is the managing director of The Norfolk Deli in Hunstanton and he has traded in the town since January 2014.

He said: "Hunstanton is a much-loved seaside resort and yet many visitors are unaware of the many hidden treasures in the form of small independent businesses away from the promenade."

He wants to introduce visitors and locals alike to the "breadth of locally-made food and drink".
