An award-winning Norfolk restaurant with an open kitchen has been named one of the best places in the UK for counter dining.

The Good Food Guide has rounded up some of the best spots to be at the heart of the culinary action and Socius in Burnham Market features.

The guide said: "Whether you are grabbing the last spare stool or settling into a well-cushioned chair, a seat at the counter brings a whole different spin to dining out."
