The Wellington, known locally as The Welly, has been family-run for more than 30 years.
Leona Gard, who manages the venue with her sister Simone Hopwood, said: "We're very excited to win this award - we've been at The Welly for the past 30 years.
"Our parents bought it and my sister Simone and I have been running it since my dad took a step back around 15 years ago.
"Unfortunately he is no longer with us."
She added the business would not function without the support of its staff.
"All of our staff work extremely hard to make our guests feel welcome - especially our house keepers who work exceptionally hard to keep our rooms spotless," she said.
The Wellington sits right at the entrance of Cromer Pier, is dog friendly and offers a vast menu of food and drinks.
It currently has a review score of 8.2 on Booking.com and recent reviews have described it as "warm and welcoming" and praised its "great location".
