A Norfolk heating oil company has made a multi-million pound investment in its fleet of tankers, as orders continue to surge.
Rix Petroleum, which is based in Snetterton, has added 10 new vehicles to its offering, taking its fleet past the 100 mark.
The £2m investment comes following an uptick in demand for domestic heating oil, which the firm said started back in 2021 and had been driven by fears of a shortage over the winter months.
The trucks will replace some of the company's older tankers, as well as extending its fleet to help the business meet demand.
