New firm, Burridge and Pluck Solicitors Ltd, has begun operations in King's Lynn.
The firm specialises in private client, residential and commercial property law.
Rebecca Burridge, Nicola Pluck, and Amanda Davies, with experience spanning diverse areas, make up the lead trio.
Ms Burridge said: "Our vision is to create a law firm that not only delivers exceptional legal services, but also nurtures a culture of trust, transparency and accessibility.
"We want to be the friendly face our community can turn to for guidance on matters that are often overwhelming."
Ms Davies and Ms Burridge will work together on property transactions, focusing on providing clear advice to ensure smooth and prompt transactions.
Ms Pluck, supported by Hollie Nelson, will head the Private Client department, which offers services such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration.
Ms Davies said: "We look forward to meeting new clients and living up to our friendly and approachable pledges. Clients new and existing are welcome any time, even just for a chat and a coffee. Our door will always be open to you."
