A new bakery and cafe is setting up shop in a "charming" Norfolk town.
Mabel Bakery is putting the finishing touches to a vacant shop near the clock tower on the Market Place in Downham Market.
It posted on social media: "Our search for the perfect location took a while, but fate had a plan, guiding us to the charming town of Downham Market in Norfolk.
"After months of hard work and negotiations, we finally secured our dream space at 11 Market Place.

"Although we still have the fit out to complete and there are still a few hurdles to overcome, we are super grateful for the overwhelming support we have received from everyone along the way. "
A planning statement adds the new business will become "a part of the Downham Market community and respect the town and its heritage".
A date for the opening of the new business, which will, run a cafe, breakfast and brunch restaurant, has not been revealed.
