An elderly man was left with injuries to his face after being knocked to the ground by an electric bike.
The incident happened in Angel Road on Thursday at around 4.24pm when a man in his 70s was struck by another man on an electric bike who failed to stop at the scene.
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital and was treated for facial injuries. He has since been discharged.

The bike is described as khaki green with wide tyres. It was being ridden by a white male in a black hat.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have any relevant dashcam footage.
