A man has been charged in connection with a number of sex offences that happened in Norwich over the weekend.
A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on Sunday and taken to Wymondham police station for questioning.
Alexandru Tapurin, 35, of Tizzick Close in Norwich, has been charged with three counts of sexual assault at a number of locations across Norwich, as well as false imprisonment and causing a female aged 16 or over to engage in a non-penetrative sexual activity in Norwich between January 20 and January 21.
He appeared at Norwich Magistrates' Court on Tuesday morning and was further remanded into custody ahead of his next court appearance on February 20 at Norwich Crown Court.
