The A47 has now reopened after a serious crash on the Norfolk stretch of the major road overnight.

National Highways: East posted on X, formerly Twitter, just after 7am on Sunday that the A47 was closed in both directions between the A1270 at Postwick, to the east of Norwich, and the A1064 at Acle.

It was due to a serious crash that took place last night, with the exact time not known at present.
