Further change looks to be on the way at a city centre pub which was reopened last summer after a refurbishment.
The Edith Cavell, in Tombland, closed at the start of last year but was reopened in July by Brandon Hoult and Adrian Emmerson after a revamp.
However, the owner of the pub Stonegate is again advertising for new leaseholders for a site which dates back to the mid-19th century.
A spokesman for Stonegate, the UK's biggest pub company, said: "The Edith Cavell is in excellent condition and attracts great levels of trade for drinking and dining in a very popular and busy location.
"Following a full internal refurbishment and external decoration, Stonegate Pub Partners are excited to offer a new tenancy on the venue.
"We're seeking an experienced publican to maximise the opportunity of day and night trade at this prominently situated and popular bar and restaurant."

The advert states the annual rent is £45,000, with a forecast annual turnover of £445,000.
Richard Dixon, pub protection officer for the Norwich and District branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (Camra), said: "The pub suffered from flooding issues which caused disruption for the existing tenants, who had just taken over.

"Perhaps this was the reason that the pub is now back on the market.
"Since inflation increases, many pubs find that running costs have increased considerably, as well as the rent, rates, VAT and duty before even breaking even - let alone make enough to pay themselves."
Between 2012 and 2022 the pub had the Prime steak restaurant upstairs until it moved to bigger premises in St Giles Street.

After reopening last July, it closed for a couple of weeks in mid-October for work to fix water ingress, with the former managers lashing out at Stonegate.
They said the owners had "failed to fulfil their commitments to ensure a water-tight environment" and "failed to support us as operators during this challenging time".
The pub has not been seen open since before Christmas, with furniture stacked up and plants blocking one doorway.
