A woman has been left "absolutely mortified" after finding an unusual item in a side dish bought from a local supermarket.
Samantha Creasey, 57, from Great Ellingham, was enjoying a steak dinner with her husband on Wednesday when she found herself chewing on a hair bobble.
Mrs Creasey had purchased the Sainsbury's potato, carrot and swede mash at her local store in Attleborough.
She said: "I wasn't looking at what I was eating as we were watching TV and I just thought 'what's that in my mouth?'
"It is absolutely foul, the bobble had a hair on it. I felt so sick."

Mrs Creasey said she could not finish the rest of her dinner and the meal was wasted.
She has since returned the product to the supermarket's customer service desk, where she was told it could take up to six weeks to receive a response to her complaint.
She added: "I'm absolutely mortified, it was not a nice experience.
"My husband works in food processing and we don't understand how this happened."
A Sainsbury’s spokesperson said: "We have been in touch with the customer to apologise for her rare experience and offered a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience."
