People living in a village near Norwich have been left disgruntled as bus services will be disrupted next month due to roadworks.

Pink and Green Line bus services from First will see various levels of disruption throughout January due to the works in Hethersett.

The works, being carried out by Cadent Gas Works and UK Power Networks, are at the junction of Mill Road and New Road, Hethersett Lane, Henstead Road and Baker Drive.

Hethersett village will not be served by Pink Line services at all on January 8 and customers have been urged to use Turquoise Line or Green Line services along Norwich Road.

Locals have taken to social media to urge the bus company to issue a revised route map as they say the new stops are hard to find.
