A 41-year-old who was found by her family “face down in her bedroom” died at home, a court was told.

Kirsty Ann Moore, who worked in the catering industry, was declared dead by paramedics after attempts to resuscitate her failed.

She died at her home on Hurd Road, near Eaton Park in Norwich, on November 21.

An inquest into her death was opened at Norfolk Coroner’s Court based at County Hall on December 28.

Area coroner Samantha Goward said: “The circumstance into her death is that Miss Moore was found by family members face down in her bedroom.

“Family members turned her over and commenced CPR.

“An ambulance was called but she was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene.”

The medical cause of her death was given as cocaine induced cardiotoxicity, and a full inquest to determine the official cause will take place next year on July 16.

In a statement given to the court, her mother, Ruby Moore, confirmed that her daughter was born on September 30, 1982.
