There are currently long delays on the A11 as people drive home from their Christmas holidays.
Heavy traffic has been reported on the major route near Mildenahall on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the AA Traffic Map there are long queues in the area.
It comes as the region is expected to be hit by strong winds and heavy rainfall today.
Winds of up to 40mph could hit some inland areas and comes just days after Storm Pia swept across the East of England.
