A crash involving two cars has caused large tailbacks of traffic.
Police were called to the A1065 at 3.03pm today near Toftrees just outside of Fakenham.
Ambulance and fire crews from Fakenham, Kings Lynn and Massingham were also called to the scene.
A spokesman for Norfolk Fire and Rescue said that crews used equipment to release those trapped in the vehicles.
The traffic was moving slowly in the area while the police were at the scene, but is now moving freely again.
