A man has been accused of stealing vinyl records worth hundreds of pounds from the HMV store in Norwich.
Atur Dworanowski is said to have used a tote bag to hide albums that he took from the store in Chantry Place shopping centre.
He is accused of having stolen records worth £513 on a single visit on August 28
On a previous occasion, on July 6, is also said to have stolen several vinyl records and the tote bag he used to carry them off in.
The 47-year-old, from Wellington Close in Brandon, was due to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on October 20 to enter a plea to two charges of shop theft.
However, he failed to attend despite police officers required to give evidence and an interpreter being in court.
Magistrates issued a warrant for his arrest that will see him brought to court in custody.
A boom in vinyl albums has seen them become sought after items, outselling CDs last year for the first time in decades.
