A horse riding school's plans to build holiday cabins on its site are set for approval despite fears the buildings are at high risk of being flooded.
Anvil Park Stud is seeking retrospective permission for two holiday cabins at Overa House Farm in Quidenham.
It follows a previous bid for four cabins that were refused by Breckland Council in 2022.
Officers have recommended councillors give the go-ahead at next week's planning committee meeting, deciding that it is in line with the Breckland Local Plan and that it is unlikely to impact the surrounding environment.
But two parish councils, Quidenham and Roudham and Larling, opposed the development arguing the area is prone to flooding.
They refer to a flood three years ago, which had a significant impact on the farm.

Further concerns were raised about the impact the development could have on the River Thet, with Quidenham Parish Council and a number of locals fearing sewage could leach into the waterway.
However, the Environment Agency offered no objections following an assessment of the site's flood risk.
The application will be decided on Tuesday, September 26.
