A weather warning has been put in place by The Met Office due to "severe thunderstorms" forecast in parts of the UK, including the whole of East Anglia.

The yellow weather warning runs from 1pm on Sunday afternoon (September 17) until 6am on Monday morning (September 18).

It covers the whole of Norfolk and Suffolk and The Met Office said that there is "a small chance of disruption from severe thunderstorms later on Sunday".

This could include power cuts and delays or cancellations to train or bus services.
